PROCO-E-CTFE HALAR®

PROCO-E-CTFE HALAR® is a particularly high-quality fluoroplastic coating, which is characterised by excellent resistance to almost all chemicals, acids, alkalis and organic solvents. No solvent is known to attack PROCO-E-CTFE HALAR® below 121°C (film test). The PROCO-E-CTFE HALAR® coating also has very good thermal properties.

For contact with food and other sensitive areas, we recommend an FDA-compliant version.

PROCO - CF/E-CTFE is the electrically conductive variant of the PROCO-E-CTFE HALAR® coating process. The leakage resistance is ≤ 108Ω. We would like to point out a possible reduced chemical resistance.

NEW! Proco - E-CTFE HALAR® liquid

Thanks to a further development of the application technology, Proco - E-CTFE HALAR® liquid can be used where the powder-based coating material was previously limited. From now on, it is also possible for us to coat the inside of hard-to-reach, closed tanks and containers with a volume of up to 10,000 litres with Proco - E-CTFE HALAR® liquid. Ideally suited for coating with Proco - E-CTFE HALAR® liquid are, for example: demountable tanks, Small Portable Tanks (SPT), Mini Pressure Tanks (MPT) and similar.
